Our Health Care Team - Operations

When contacting Mensah Medical, your initial contact is most likely with our friendly and personable Terri Hicks.  As our clinic receptionist, Terri handles a multitude of tasks - all with one goal in mind: to make sure each experience with Mensah Medical goes as smoothly and positively as possible.


With over 18 years of professional experience in administration and customer service, our physicians first met Terri at the HRI Pharmacy at the original Pfeiffer Treatment Center (now closed) in 2005.  At the Health Research Institute, Terri supervised and trained the customer service team for the medical research facility and was responsible for HR duties including payroll and accurate employment files.  Her previous employments include owner and bookkeeper for Hicks Bookkeeping & Tax Services (Warrenville, IL) and office manager for H&R Block Tax & Business Services (Naperville, IL).  She currently lives with her husband, daughter and their dog in Warrenville, IL.  Terri and her husband love to travel and have two young adult children.

As our Product Specialist, Deloris Janke assures that our patients are getting the highest quality supplements and formulations.  


Deloris came to Mensah Medical after nearly 14 years as the Pharmacy Buyer for HRI Pharmacy and Guest Services Representative at Pfeiffer Treatment Center.  As many can attest, Delores truly exemplifies the mission and philosophy of Mensah Medical with her caring, patient-first attitude.  A lifetime resident of Naperville, IL, Deloris and her husband have two young adult children and many nearby extended family members.  In her free time, Delores enjoys scrapbooking, making crafts and socializing with friends and family.  She also dedicates time for another passion - the annual American Cancer Society-North Naperville’s Relay for Life, an event she has organized and chaired for many years.  Families of children with autism may recognize Deloris at AutismOne national conferences in Chicago.  She has also been an avid supporter and volunteer of AutismOne since it began over a decade ago.

Lisa Wegrzyn is the reason why patients can expect the highest execution when ordering Mensah Medical products.  A seasoned professional with a great attention to detail, Lisa also assists the physicians with entering lab values in the processing of nutritional therapy programs.  Her critical thinking skills are an important contribution to the entire Mensah Medical team especially when it comes to quality assurance and efficiency.  A graduate of Columbia College, Lisa came to Mensah Medical after serving as the Customer Service Supervisor/Pharmacy Technician at HRI Pharmacy for nearly four years.  Before her pharmacy career, she owned and operated a successful home daycare business so that she could be a “stay at home” mom to her two daughters who are now young adults.  She and her husband, Paul, are enjoying the near-freedom of being “empty-nesters”.  In her free time, Lisa enjoys writing poetry and writing for her blog.
